Up to a certain level contingent recruitment is the preferred method for most organisations when they have permanent recruitment requirements. In this instance the recruitment company will typically only charge for the successful introduction of an individual when he/she commences their employment.
Exclusivity: We recruit for many of our clients exclusively (even when utilising our services for the first time!) as they understand the value in successfully partnering with high-performing recruiters, want to minimise the amount of time they spend briefing/communicating with recruiters, want to avoid duplication of CVs and appreciate the advice/expertise that we are able to offer.
Multi-recruiter approach: Equally we have other clients where they prefer to engage with more than one recruiter, which, we respect. We approach this as we would any other mandate. If anything it gives us the opportunity to demonstrate our superior level of service, knowledge of their industry and access to suitable candidates!
In both instances we aim to explore our clients’ requirements at a briefing meeting, establish the desired timescales, if they would like to see individual CVs when we have completed each individual assessment or as part of a shortlist and what information they would like us to present.
