Suitable roles, Consultants who understand your background and what you are looking for, prompt and honest communication throughout the process, a well-developed network and relationships with prospective employers, Consultative advice (CV writing, interview preparation, market information),  professional negotiation and management of the offer process.

We feel that all of the above are important and should be part of the service that you can expect from us.

Focus on helping you to find a role (directly or indirectly): Ultimately helping you to find your ideal opportunity is of paramount importance and is a shared goal for us. This will also benefit our clients and obviously has commercial repercussions for us.  We would prefer you to find your next role from an introduction made by Platinum Resources, however, if through the additional services offered we can help indirectly then we consider that a job well done as well. 

Effects of delivering a quality-service: We are aware, through experience, that by delivering a quality-driven service you will be back in touch when you need to: look for your next role; seek career or salary advice; need to recruit for your team; and recommend good recruiters to friends, colleagues etc.

Long-term view: We take a long-term view built on open, honest and well-informed relationships as opposed to a short-term transactional approach.

Best practice: Our experience of using recruitment companies (good and bad) in previous careers, and candidate experiences we have heard about at other recruiters, has helped shape our approach to what we feel is best practice when delivering our services.

With this in mind we aim to provide a service, which, goes above and beyond what you may have to come to expect from other recruiters.

Communication: In general one of the main gripes that people have about recruitment companies can be a lack of communication and accuracy of information.

We are aware how frustrating it can be to apply for roles or attend interviews then struggle to receive feedback regarding your application.

Whilst it is impossible to reply directly to every application that we receive (there can literally be hundreds each day for each role), we will acknowledge receipt and someone will be in touch within 48 hours if we can progress your application. 

We retain details for all applications received so if you’re not right for one specific vacancy we will consider you for other opportunities.  By registering on our website you will also increase your chances of being selected for future roles.

We believe that clear, honest and transparent communication is vital at all times, which, is why we go to great lengths to engage with prospective applicants throughout the various processes.

As with most things the key is getting the basics right and we think maintaining clear communication is of paramount importance.
