We offer a full range of recruitment services for permanent appointments. On a contingency basis (where we only receive a fee when the successful candidate starts the role) we are often engaged by our clients exclusively – ie we are the only recruiter working on that particular mandate. This is also the case for retained assignments.
The benefit to you is that we have the “full picture” regarding the process, timescales and competition.
Some employers prefer to use more than one recruiter. This is fine with us and we adopt the same best practices as at any other time. It gives us the opportunity to demonstrate that the people we are representing are of a higher calibre than other suppliers and that they have been better prepared for the interview!
