Temporary & Contract
We recruit for the full variety of temporary and contract appointments.
Temporary: Depending on our clients’ requirements, we recruit for a whole variety of different temporary assignments ranging from an initial duration of 1 week to 1 year (typically 3 – 6 months plus). Usually on a daily rate basis, we also have the capacity to pay on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis depending on the clients’ wishes.
We adopt the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) model terms, which are user friendly and compliant for all concerned.
They also allow for the assignments to be rolled forward easily after the initial term of engagement.
Contract: In certain situations, such as cover for maternity leave or secondments, or according to company policy and preference, employers will employ individuals directly on a Fixed Term Contract basis typically on an annual salary and employee benefits.
We cater for contracts of all durations and terms based on our clients’ criteria.
